We take great pride in our menu. Our head chef Nena Benton uses local, fresh ingredients, largely sourced from Essex and the surrounding area. We aim to offer our guests traditionally prepared meals, with our own twist.
We like to promote our local suppliers, we get our meat from Colne Valley butchers in Earls Colne, Fish from The Little Fish Company of Kelvedon, Our delicious Ice Cream comes from Handmade By Hadley’s of Colne Engaine.
Our bar is stocked with great local real ales from independent breweries in the surrounding area, such as Nethergate, Mauldons, Adnams and Woodfordes. We also have wonderful guest ales from up and down the country. Additionally there are fine wines and spirits from around the world.
